Who is Frank HR?

Hi there,

I’m  Nicole Gomizel and I am Frank HR. 

The name came about because I like to speak, well, frankly. And frankly speaking, the perception of HR needs to change. It isn’t just a supportive function, but an integral player in the success of your business.

After more than a decade working in HR for major organisations, I started Frank HR to provide businesses of all sizes with access to effective, dynamic and strategy-driven HR services.

In my career I’ve demonstrated time and again how much value a well-planned HR strategy can bring to a business, but understand that due to lack of time and resources, HR can often end up at the bottom of the priority list. 

My goal is to change all that.
